Lost 3 hours and $200 on a bad glue job in Phoenix

Tried a new brand of moisture cure urethane last week, Vulkem 350, for a LVP install near Phoenix. Stuff kicked off in the bucket before I even got half the room laid, total waste. Had to tear it all up and scrape the subfloor with a razor, cost me a full afternoon and two hundred bucks in material. Anybody else get burned by a glue that sets up way too fast in the heat?

Yeah but that's on you for not checking the pot life for Arizona temps first.

Arizona temps? That's insane anyone would even try that.

Guess I should've brought a thermometer and a cheat sheet for the daily temperature swings. Did you find that out the hard way or just reading the label?
