Hit 1,000 square feet of LVP in 6 hours flat yesterday
Had a small office install in Austin, 1,050 sq ft of click-lock luxury vinyl plank. Boss said it would take two days. I had it done before lunch. My back is killing me today but dang I never knew I could move that fast. Anyone else ever surprise themselves with how fast they can lay stuff down?

What kind of LVP were you running? I did a similar size room last month and what really saved my back was using a knee pad with that gel insert, made a huge difference staying low to the ground all morning.

Hold on, you really think the knee pad is the way to go? I actually tried one of those gel inserts and couldn't stand it, felt like I was sliding around on the floor the whole time. I'd rather just get down on my hands and knees and move quick, real quick like a spider, then stand up and stretch every few rows instead of being stuck in that kneeling position for hours. The gel just makes you think it's comfortable until you try to stand up and your legs are screaming anyway.

Oh man, @hollyc92 I feel you! I tried that gel insert too and ended up doing the spider crawl myself. But here's the thing - I surprised myself by being faster on my knees than standing up. My back's paying for it today though, forgot to stretch before and now I'm walking like a penguin. You must've been flying like a demon on that floor, beating your boss's estimate like that. I guess we all just find that weird rhythm where the planks start clicking and your body goes on autopilot. The real trick is not letting the pain catch up until you're done and already lying on the couch with an ice pack.
