Warning: our tiny pop-up in Denver pulled 300 people... we only planned for 50.
We set up a simple booth at a street festival last Saturday, just handing out samples and a QR code. By 2 PM, the line was around the block and we ran out of everything in three hours. The sign-up rate hit 42%, which is way above our usual 15% for these things. Has anyone else had a small event blow up like that and how did you handle the crowd?

Our Austin taco truck had the same crazy line problem.

A 42% sign up rate is insane for a street festival. You must have had the perfect product for that crowd. Running out in three hours is a great problem to have, though it must have been pure chaos trying to manage that line.
