Trying to find the original source for that 'government weather control' video cost me three days

Kept seeing this clip about cloud seeding from a 1970s documentary used to 'prove' a weather weapon program. I figured finding the full film would take an hour. It took me over 72 hours of digging through old archive sites and university databases before I found it was from a public science series, totally misrepresented. Has anyone else hit a wall trying to track down where a common 'evidence' clip actually came from?

Lost a weekend" is the real cost of those deep dives. The internet makes it way too easy to fall into that trap. Honestly, sometimes you just have to accept the mystery and walk away.

But those deep dives are where you find the good stuff. I learned how to fix my own washing machine last month because I wouldn't stop looking up a weird noise. Saved a ton of money and actually felt pretty smart for once.
