That week in March when every tool I touched broke

I had three days straight where my drill chuck stripped, my circular saw blade flew off, and then my air compressor hose burst all in the same week. Lost a full day of framing work on a job in Arlington because I kept running to the hardware store for replacements. Has anyone else hit a streak of bad luck with their gear like that?
