That 3am security cam footage from my own driveway made me question everything

I was reviewing footage from last Tuesday after my neighbor's cat went missing and caught two figures in all black standing by my fence for 12 minutes, but my motion alerts never went off, so has anyone else had their system ghost them at the worst possible time?

That "question everything" line really hits home, man. I had the same thing happen last spring when my system stayed quiet during a break-in attempt two streets over, and I only found out from a neighbor's ring doorbell. There's something deeply unsettling about your own cameras not having your back when you need them most, and I hope you get some answers soon.
