Overheard my neighbor say chemtrails are just humidity tricks

I was grabbing my mail yesterday when old man Henderson from three doors down starts explaining to his grandson that those white lines in the sky are actually water vapor from some government project to control the weather. He pointed up and said 'see how they spread out, that's not normal for planes.' Got me thinking, is there any real proof these trails are anything other than normal condensation from high altitude flights, or is this one of those things where the official story seems too simple?

Condensation physics explains it fine, man. That old story's been debunked a million times.

Yeah "debunked a million times" always gets me. My uncle used to swear he saw a ghost in his garage once. Turned out to be a raccoon living in the rafters for three years. Every single family gathering he'd bring up "that ghost" until my cousin finally set up a trail cam. Now he tells the raccoon story with the same amount of conviction. Funny how people double down on stuff like that.
