Last month at a county fair in Ohio, I met a guy who claimed chemtrails are actually weather control experiments.

He showed me a three-year-old video of strange grid patterns in the sky right before a drought hit his farm. Has anyone else run into people pushing specific dates and locations for supposed proof like that?

Called it "weather control" but that video could be anything, maybe just contrails from planes lining up.
