Had a week where every single delivery was to a house with a barking dog loose in the front yard

Tuesday alone I got cornered by a golden retriever, a chihuahua that sounded like a demon, and some mix that jumped on my hood while I was still in the truck, has anyone else's route just turned into a gauntlet of unfriendly pets?

Wait, was the golden retriever actually being aggressive or just barking? Most goldens I've met sound scary but just want to sniff your pants.

Oh man, that's exactly it. Had a golden retriever charge at me full speed in the park once, barking like crazy. Scared the heck out of me at first. Turned out he just wanted to drop a slobbery tennis ball at my feet and have me throw it. They sound way scarier than they actually are, every single time.
