Paid $29 for a beginner Python course and quit at week 3, then a free site finally made it click
Back in 2019 I dropped $29 on a Udemy Python course during a sale because everyone swore it was the best starting point. I made it through about 40 percent of the videos before I got bored and stopped opening it, and that money just sat there. Last month a coworker at the hardware store showed me the free lessons on freeCodeCamp and I actually finished my first little script in two evenings. Did anyone else waste cash on a paid course before a free one finally worked for them?
