Paid $12 for a used Python crash course book, and one exercise in chapter 4 finally made loops click
I grabbed a beat up copy of Python Crash Course off a library sale cart for $12 about three weeks ago. Chapter 4 has this pizza topping exercise where you loop through a list and print each item, and something about typing it out instead of watching a video just made it stick. Last night I wrote a tiny loop that prints my grocery list without looking anything up, and I actually yelled 'yes' at my screen like a weirdo. Has anyone else had a paid or paper resource beat the free stuff for them?
