Swapped all my bulbs to LED and my electric bill only dropped $4

I replaced every single bulb in my house (22 of them) with LEDs back in February thinking it would save me a ton. My bill went from $68 to $64 the next month which felt kinda weak honestly. Turns out my house is small and I already didn't run lights that much so the savings were tiny. Has anyone else had a "big change" that barely moved the needle on your energy use?

See it differently here, @aaronclark - that old AC unit you've got is what's really eating your bill.
