That one convo with the barista at Filter changed my whole approach to neighborhoods
I was grabbing coffee at Filter in Wicker Park about 2 weeks ago and the barista asked where I was moving from. When I said out of state, she gave me this look and said 'just pick a train line and go from there, everything else is noise.' She mentioned how the Blue Line stops by Humboldt Park and Logan Square have totally different vibes price wise. Has anyone else found a simple tip like that that actually made finding a place easier?
