Spent $400 on a pod storage unit, wish I had just sold everything

I paid $400 a month for three months to store furniture while I moved here, but the truck rental and hassle to haul it all back was way more than what the stuff was worth. Now I'm stuck with mismatched pieces I don't even like, did anyone else just bite the bullet and sell before the Chicago move?
