Rented in Wicker Park for 14 months vs moving to Logan Square and I stopped getting parking tickets
My permit in Wicker Park was $25 a year but I still paid the city $340 in tickets over 14 months because the street sweeping signs rotate every week, then I moved a mile and a half northwest to Logan Square and have gotten exactly zero tickets in 11 months, so is the permit system around here just designed to trip you up or did I miss something obvious?
Wicker Park street sweeping signs rotate every week? That's not a parking system, that's a subscription service with extra steps. The city basically set up a $340 trap and called it a permit. Welcome to Logan Square, where the tickets apparently forgot to follow you.
