Warning: Quitting my job to freelance was the worst financial move I ever made
Everyone online says you should ditch your 9-5 and go solo for more freedom. I tried it last year after saving up 6 months of expenses, but I ended up making 40% less than my old salary in Austin. The real kicker was the unpaid time chasing down invoices from 3 different companies. Has anyone else regretted making the jump and found a good way to bounce back?
