The Dallas job fair where one recruiter's question exposed my whole resume

I spent 6 months applying online, got maybe 3 callbacks. Then at a Dallas career fair a hiring manager asked me, “What do you actually do better than anyone else?” and I froze, no answer. Has anyone else hit a wall with generic resumes until a live conversation forced them to be specific?

My 2019 job fair, same thing happened, so now I pick three real wins and practice saying them out loud.
