That $500 'career coaching' package I bought taught me nothing I couldn't find on YouTube for free
I paid a coach named Mark $500 for six sessions and he literally just told me to update my LinkedIn and network more, which I could've gotten from a 10-minute video. Has anyone else blown cash on one of these programs and felt totally ripped off?

Oh man, I paid $300 for someone to tell me to "just be more confident.

Did you try asking for your money back? Because that is just RIDICULOUS. I once paid a "life coach" $150 and he literally told me to "fake it till you make it" while staring at me like I was supposed to write that down on a napkin. I actually ended up Googling free confidence tips on my phone right there in his office and found better stuff in five minutes. $300 could buy you a nice dinner and a new outfit that actually makes you feel good instead of some guy repeating elevator speech nonsense. Seriously, some of these people should be paying US for wasting our time.
