Had to pick between a higher paying job with a long commute or staying put for less money.

I chose the shorter commute, and it saved me about 15 hours a week that I now use for a certification course. Anyone else faced a similar trade-off between salary and personal time?

My old commute to the Denver office was 90 minutes each way. Getting that time back for my family was the best choice I ever made.
