Found out my boss makes 3x what I do from a leaked salary spreadsheet last Tuesday

Honestly, seeing that number in black and white made me realize all those 'we're a family' talks were just a way to avoid paying us fairly, so how do I even bring this up without getting myself in trouble?

Hang on though - are you sure the spreadsheet is even legit? Leaked stuff can be faked or outdated. Might be worth checking before you go starting a whole thing at work.

Good point @nguyen.tara. Before calling anyone out, it'd be smart to verify a few line items against something you know for sure is real. Even just one or two mismatched numbers would tell you if it's legit or not.
