Old school fish tape vs. glow rods, which way do you pull in dropped ceilings now?

I used to swear by my steel fish tape for every ceiling pull, but after getting stuck in a tight corner on a hospital job in Cleveland last month, I switched to glow rods full time and want to know if anyone else made that change or still thinks the tape is faster for long runs?
