Just realized I had to pick between a Klein or a Southwire toner for a tricky apartment complex job.
Went with the Klein because my buddy said it handles bundled coax better, and it actually found the right line behind five others. Anyone have a different go-to for dense multi-dwelling units?

Overthink it much? It's a toner, not a heart monitor. If it beeps at the right wire, that's a win.

Got a model number for that Klein toner? Heard some of the newer ones have a wider frequency range that cuts through interference better in those old buildings with sketchy wiring.

My go-to move used to be just yelling into the bundle and hoping the right cable felt guilty. The Klein is definitely an upgrade from that method. It still takes me three tries to remember which button is the tone and which one is the probe, but hey, it works.
