A supervisor in Gary told me to stop zip tying drop cables to the strand so tight, and my callbacks dropped by half
I had been pulling them snug for 11 years because it looked clean, but he pointed out the jacket was cracking on every line I touched through that cold snap in January. Anyone else had a supervisor call out something you did on autopilot for a decade?
