I prep meals at home, but when we're slammed, I end up with whatever's fast. Feel like crap by Friday.

Tell me about it, my microwave knows my shameful lunch choices by the beep code. I’ll have a fridge full of prepped meals and still end up digging through the snack drawer like a raccoon by Wednesday. Viola_cooper12 is totally right about the caffeine cut-off, but my brain hears that good advice and immediately demands a third coffee at 4 PM. By Friday I’m running on fumes and regret, fueled entirely by whatever was wrapped in plastic. My body doesn’t just give up on Thursdays, it files a formal complaint with management.

Ugh, I learned the hard way to cut off caffeine by 2 PM on those days. Otherwise the crash makes it ten times worse. A quick walk outside usually tricks my brain into staying awake better.
