Thought those cheap torque wrenches from Harbor Freight were junk.

Used one on 50+ carbon seatposts this month. It held calibration better than my old Park Tool TW-5.2. Anyone else find a budget tool that actually works?

Been there, that sudden death is the worst feeling.

Honestly, the real test is how they handle being dropped or left in a hot car. That's where the cheap ones usually fail.

Yeah, learned that the hard way with a cheap one last summer... the screen just went black and never came back.
