Switched from zip ties to Velcro straps for cable management on builds and it's a game changer

The 3M dual lock velcro strips are the only ones I trust after trying a half dozen brands. I've had them holding cables behind my desk for over two years and they still grip tight without peeling off. If you grab the industrial strength ones specifically made for cable management they hold up way better than the random packs from Amazon.

Dual lock is legit. I used them to bundle cables in my entertainment center and they haven't budged in over a year, even with the heat from the receiver. Cheap velcro always loses its grip after a couple months but those 3M strips are totally worth the extra few bucks.

Game changer" is a big claim - what kind of builds are you doing? I've been burned by cheap velcro straps that start peeling off after a few months in a warm room. Do the good ones actually stay stuck for years or is it more of a temporary fix compared to zip ties?
