Stopped at a truck stop outside Flagstaff and saw a bike rack made from old cassette chains

I mean, it was this huge rack welded together from like 50 old 10-speed chains, all just kind of tangled and bolted to a post. Idk, maybe it's just me, but the thought of trying to lock a bike to a bunch of moving parts gave me a headache. Has anyone else seen a repair stand or tool made from bike parts in a weird place?

Cassette chains don't actually move on a rack like that.

Is this really a hill to die on? It's just a bike rack, not a heart transplant. Let it go.
