Saved a 1998 Stumpjumper from the scrap pile and the rear triangle cleaned up nicer than I expected

Pulled this frame out of a free pile in Portland last month. Rear triangle had 20 years of chain slap and rust, so I hit it with brass wool and WD-40 for about 45 minutes. The welds came back clean and the paint held up fine. Anyone else have good luck bringing back a frame everyone else gave up on?
