Hot take: hand threading spokes beats the machine lacing wheel at our shop every time
Honestly I'll take a hand threaded wheel over our machine built ones any day, the tension just comes out more even and I can feel a bad spoke before it ever hits a truing stand. We tested it on 8 wheels back in March and the hand built ones stayed true way longer after a month of curb hopping. Any other wrenches here ditch the machine for good or am I the only one?
