Finally had a customer argue that my spoke tension meter was wrong

I was rebuilding a wheel for a guy in Denver last Tuesday and he kept insisting I was overtensioning based on some YouTube video, so I handed him the tension meter and let him check himself, and after 45 minutes of silence he admitted he had no idea what he was looking at, has anyone else had to deal with a customer who thought they knew more just from watching videos?

Yeah just hand em the meter and watch em realize they're out of their depth lol

Best way to learn. @henderson.vera saw the panic set in when they couldn't get a reading above zero. Always cracks me up how they start blaming the tool before looking at their own wiring.
