Just learned FedNow is actually live now, not some future thing
I was reading the Federal Reserve site last night. Turns out the instant payment service FedNow went live back in July 2023. Over 900 financial institutions are already using it. That surprised me because I figured it was still in pilot mode or something. My credit union doesn't offer it yet though. My bank doesn't either actually. Anybody else's bank or credit union actually using it for transfers yet?

The whole thing's gonna make it way too easy to pull money from people's accounts.

Actually requires your PIN for any withdrawal over $100.
