I tried a $35 budgeting app for 3 months and it saved me $200 but I still canceled it

So I signed up for a budgeting app that ties to your bank account and categorizes everything. First month I saw I was spending $80 a month on fast food alone which was a wake up call. Cut that down and saved about $200 over three months. But the app kept glitching and labeling random charges wrong. I had to fix categories all the time. Got annoying quick. My wife thinks I should stick with it since the savings are real. I say the time spent fixing errors isn't worth it. Anyone else had a similar experience with these tracking apps?

Tried one of those apps myself last year and it kept saying I spent $400 at a tire shop that I've never been to. Just deleted the whole thing and went back to writing stuff down on a notepad.

Makes you wonder if saving money is even worth the headache sometimes.

Isn't that just the secret third option nobody tells you about?
