Spent 3 weeks trying to figure out why my Crunchyroll subs were showing up a full episode behind
So about a month ago I noticed my Crunchyroll app was showing me episodes that were a week old even though the new ones were already out. I checked my account, checked for updates, even deleted and reinstalled the app twice. Nothing worked. I finally posted in a Crunchyroll forum and some guy asked if my TV was set to the wrong time zone. Turns out my Fire Stick was set to Pacific time when I live in Chicago, so the app thought new episodes were not out yet. Three weeks of me blaming Crunchyroll over a stupid time zone setting. I felt like a total idiot. Now I want to know how many other people have been mad at a streaming app when it was just their device clock being wrong the whole time.
