Hit episode 1,000 on my Crunchyroll queue and it messed with my head

I always thought I was a casual anime watcher, you know, just a few shows here and there. But last week I hit episode 1,000 logged in my profile (which I never even looked at before) and it made me realize I've spent way more time on this than I thought. What convinced me was scrolling through all those completed series from 2018 to now, stuff like Steins;Gate and Hunter x Hunter that I barely remember watching. Has anyone else checked their total episode count and been surprised at how much you've actually seen?

Hit 1,500 myself last month and it still felt unreal.

Tbh @derekjenkins 1,500 is a solid milestone. I remember hitting 2,000 on a game way back and my thumb was cramping up for days after that last session. Honestly my wife was so over it, she kept asking if I was okay every time I winced grabbing my coffee cup. It’s funny how those numbers stick with you even when the muscle soreness fades.
