TIL my ad account got flagged for a billing address mismatch

It took me 4 hours on the phone with support to fix it, because the name on my credit card didn't exactly match my business name. Has anyone else found a good way to keep this info perfectly synced across platforms?

Why do people act like this is just a simple sync issue? I've run ads for years and the real problem is their automated systems are way too strict. A tiny difference like "&" instead of "and" can trigger a flag. Spending hours on the phone isn't fixing a sync problem, it's dealing with a bad policy. They should give you a warning and a chance to update it before shutting things down.

Oh sure, because "Keith's Auto Detailing" on the account and "Keiths Auto Detailing" on the card is clearly a money laundering scheme. Their fraud bot probably thinks a missing apostrophe means you're a different person. Next they'll flag you for using a middle initial.

Remember when my account got flagged because my card said "Evan Perry" but my business was "Evan Perry Freelance"? I had to explain to a very tired support person that, yes, I am both of those guys. I felt like I was proving my own identity to myself.
