Ugh, that's a gut punch. I was just reading how some major brands found over half their video ad views were fake last year. @vera_hill has a point about asking for details, because how do you even fix it? I'd be demanding a refund or at least free ad credit from the platform. Makes you scared to spend anything on ads now.

That's brutal. Makes you wonder what the real number is across the whole industry, right? I'd be asking that platform for a lot more detail on how they even caught that. What are you supposed to do with that info now, just eat the cost?

Honestly, how do you even trust any numbers after that? @vera_hill is totally right to ask for the full story on how they found the fake views. Tbh, it makes me think of those sites where you see a video with a million views but only three comments, you know? Feels like you're just throwing money into a black hole and hoping for the best. I'd be so mad if I had to just eat that cost.
