Finally cracked 500k impressions on a single campaign and it felt surreal

I've been running this local pet store's ads for about 6 months now, just small stuff to get people in the door for grooming appointments. Last Tuesday I checked the dashboard and my main campaign had 502,000 impressions. For a $150 weekly budget in a town of 80,000 people I honestly thought the reporting was glitched. I called my buddy who handles bigger accounts and he laughed saying that's rookie numbers, but for me it was a big deal because I'd been stuck under 100k for months. Turned out I accidentally left location targeting too wide for three weeks and it was showing ads in three neighboring counties. Has anyone else had a surprise milestone from a mistake like that?

I had the exact same thing happen with a coffee shop account, hit 600k impressions because I forgot to exclude a nearby city where nobody would drive 40 minutes for a latte. Felt like a cheat code until the client asked why their traffic didn't match the numbers.
