VR fitness games are giving me more aches than gains

I joined a virtual reality exercise class hoping to get in shape. The constant head movements and controller waving left my shoulders sore and my back tight. Is anyone else experiencing physical issues from VR workouts?

Felt the same thing after trying that VR boxing game last week. My shoulders were on fire from throwing all those hooks, and my neck got so stiff from ducking and weaving. Spent two days just rolling my head around trying to loosen up, lol. The gains are not worth that kinda pain, man.

Honestly that soreness feels like a proper workout to me, lol. @andrew_foster92 might hate it but I'd take that over being stiff from sitting around all day.

Man, @finley_mitchell, you're not wrong. I had a similar thing happen after playing that boxing game for an hour. My shoulders were so sore I could barely raise my arms to scratch my head. The neck stiffness was unreal, like I slept wrong for a week straight. I spent more time rolling out my muscles than actually playing the game. Definitely not worth the pain for some digital exercise.
