I finally sorted the messy shelf where I toss my running clothes and shoes. Having everything in one spot, clean and ready, cut out my morning excuse hunt. Now when I wake up, my kit is right there staring at me. It sounds small, but that order got me out the door three extra times this week already.
My running shoe pile used to live by the back door. I moved them to a bin right by my bed, and now I literally trip over them if I try to skip. That visual cue is a GAME changer. It takes the decision out of the morning because the gear is in your face. I even lay out my socks on top of the shoes so there's zero hunt. That one move cut my skip days in HALF last month.
