Am I the only one who sees a link between managing team dynamics at work and how film critics collaborate on panel reviews?
I was just reading about critics' roundtable discussions and it clicked how much coordination it takes, similar to my clinic's morning huddles. It really highlights the unseen effort behind those consensus critiques.

Yeah that's spot on. Our hospital's coding review meetings run the same way. Takes three rounds of feedback just to align on diagnosis phrasing sometimes.

Our clinic's audits showed that misaligned coding phrases spike denial rates by like 15%. Kinda makes you wonder if @patriciab87's team tracks that metric too. Maybe standardizing glossaries earlier could save rounds.
