Painting an octopus led to a kitchen disaster
Octopuses have three hearts, but I only have one paintbrush covered in sauce.

Wait, back up... three hearts? That's the wildest thing I've heard all week. How are you even supposed to focus on painting after learning a fact like that. My mind would be totally stuck on that, no wonder the kitchen got messy. I'd probably just stand there staring at the canvas thinking about octopus biology instead.

Seriously, I once got so sidetracked reading about squid ink that I spilled spaghetti sauce all over my sketchbook and ruined it.
