Appreciation post: I dismissed acoustic sets until a stripped-down show blew me away.
The raw emotion in that small room was powerful.

Honestly, the best ones make you really listen to the lyrics for the first time. Try catching a set at a real small bar or even a house show, the vibe is totally different. You notice all the little mistakes and moments the band doesn't hide, and that's what makes it feel real. Tbh it ruined big, loud concerts for me for a while.
