My head is spinning from all the conflicting theories about the Great Pyramid's construction

I've been digging into the Great Pyramid of Giza for ages, and each historian has a new angle that contradicts the last. First it was massive ramps, then internal spirals, and lately I've seen claims about advanced lost technology. Honestly, I'm exhausted from the back and forth without any solid conclusions. This constant debate makes it feel like we're stuck in a loop with no real progress. What's your take on which theory actually holds water?

That "stuck in a loop" feeling is so familiar with this topic. What kind of evidence or argument would actually make a theory hold water for you personally?

What if some things just can't be proven?

The 2016 replication project in social psychology really shifted my perspective. It showed how easy it is to get trapped in circular reasoning without robust data. For a theory to hold water for me, it needs to make falsifiable predictions that survive rigorous testing. Arguments from authority don't cut it, I need to see the mechanism explained clearly, like in evolutionary biology where you can trace adaptations. Otherwise, it's just intellectual fashion, and we're all just nodding along without real progress. That's why I lean towards theories that engage with counter evidence rather than dismissing it.
