Made a point to ask bakery owners for travel tips, scored a quiet coastal cove

I got tired of crowded beaches and began chatting up local bakers when I travel. In a small Oregon town, the woman at the bread counter told me about a cove only locals use. It was a short walk from the main road, totally empty with perfect tide pools. Now that's my first move in any new place.

Guess @kevin_singh32 forgot butchers work with meat, not views.

Tried that once but asked a butcher for scenic overlooks instead. He just stared at me like I'd asked for a woolly mammoth steak. My brilliant plan got me directions to a gravel pit. Still hit the bakery after, but only for a sourdough loaf this time.
