TIL my neighbor gets annoyed when I mention her dry ends

Most hairdressers think we should point out hair flaws, but I find it can offend people. I only share tips if someone asks me first.

Doubt it's that deep. Most people just want to vent, not get fixed. Unless her hair's actually on fire, maybe let it go.

Think about it differently. Sometimes venting is a cry for help, not just airing out. If your friend vents about a bad boss every week, they might need advice on how to handle it. Letting it go each time just allows the issue to get bigger. @hollym29 says to let it go, but what if that leads to more stress? Isn't it better to step in with some ideas?
