Visited a friend's new workshop in Bend and noticed his pegboard layout was all wrong.
He had his most-used socket wrenches on the top row and his rarely needed specialty tools right at eye level. I helped him reorganize it based on weekly use, which took about an hour. How do you all decide what goes where on your pegboard wall?

You mentioned weekly use. Do you actually track how often you grab each tool or is it more of a gut feeling thing?

Gut feeling" is part of it, but that can lead you wrong. I used to just put stuff where it looked nice, but then I'd waste time hunting for the same screwdriver every single day. Now I watch what I actually reach for for a week or two. If my hand keeps going to the same spot, that's where the tool should live. It's less about tracking and more about noticing a pattern.
