Vent: My socket tray was so jumbled I had to fix it
I was tired of wasting time digging for the right socket every single project. So I dumped everything out on the workbench and sorted by size. Found the 10mm I lost last year and a few extras I forgot I had. Now it all snaps in place like it should, no more mess.

Yeah, it's like that small win makes you want to clean another spot. I did my cables next after the toolbox and it just snowballs.

Heard a guy on YouTube say a clean toolbox is a fast toolbox. He argued that sorting sockets by size cuts project time in half. Your story about finding the lost 10mm totally shows that. I let my own socket set get out of hand last month and wasted an hour on a simple job. Felt so stupid because putting things back right away is obvious. Might finally copy your method and just dump everything out this Saturday.

It's funny how this applies to way more than toolboxes. My kitchen junk drawer was a nightmare until I got some cheap dividers for batteries and tape. Same deal with keeping bills in one folder instead of scattered across the counter. That tiny bit of effort to put things in a set spot saves so much future hassle. It's like building up small pockets of order that keep daily life from feeling so chaotic.
