My phone's battery health just dropped to 78% after 18 months
I checked it on a whim and that number hit me hard. I've never had a phone's capacity fall that much before the two-year mark. What's a realistic percentage to start planning for a replacement?

My old iPhone 11 was at 82% after almost three years, so I figured that was normal. Seeing yours at 78% in half that time really makes me question what "good" battery health even is anymore. When do you start feeling like the phone is working against you instead of for you? I used to wait until it was practically unusable, but maybe that's just putting up with a bad deal.
