I saw a guy at the library in Austin working from a folding table

I was at the main library downtown last week and saw a freelance writer set up at one of those small folding tables near the windows. He had two laptops, a notebook, and a big coffee, and he was just grinding away for hours. It made me realize how many of us are just working out of bags and temporary spots. Has anyone else found a good public spot that's actually quiet and has outlets?

Oh man, that was probably me last Tuesday. My cat learned how to unplug my router so the library is my new office. The study carrels on the third floor are the only spot I've found where you can't hear the elevator bell.

Try the second floor for a better view and less foot traffic.

Honestly that reminds me of the time I saw someone doing their taxes at a picnic table in the park. Tbh some people just find a spot and make it work.
