I thought paying for a business coach was dumb until last month
I spent $500 for a one month package to help me figure out my pricing, and she showed me how to bundle my services so I could charge more without scaring clients off. I just landed a project for $3k that I would have quoted at $1.5k before. Has anyone else tried something like this and had it actually work out?

But is a business coach really that big of a deal? It just sounds like someone telling you to charge more for your stuff.

Totally get where you're coming from, @charlie_ellis. A good coach isn't about just raising prices. It's having someone who's been through it help you spot the big problems you're blind to, like a messy client process that eats up all your time. That outside view can change everything.

Felt the same way about hiring a bookkeeper. Swallowed my pride and it saved me a ton of time and stress. Sometimes you just need to pay for the right brain.
